The Rolle Project Dance Company was Founded in 2008 by Tyrell V. Rolle who found his inspiration from watching companies like Alvin Ailey, Philadanco as a young man. Now we have Studio 305 Home of The Rolle Project is a diverse Contemporary Dance company who is committed to helping make a difference in the community well as the world. Our mission is to inspire minority boys and girls to appreciate dance as an art form and to realize that they too can become a professional artist. All dancers in the Company is hand selected by the artistic director who only chooses artists to join Petite, Mini,Emeralds, Gems, Pearls, 

Jewelz, Sapphire & Performance Ensemble.

Dancers apart of the studio comes twice or three days out of the week for rehearsals and classes. All dancers are required to perform when joining company.

​

Dancers from around the world come to our studio to encourage our young performers that hard work pays off. Help support our local and regional educational outreach programs in Florida and Las Vegas. The Rolle Project Dance Company travels around the Miami, Ohio,Atlanta, California,Canada and has our season at our home base Las Vegas, NV area performing Clark County Library Theaters well as in the CCSD & MDC School System.
